How to define a specific variable for each corner

Hi,

I would like to define a variable, X, which is based for each corner. E.g.,

FF, X = 1

FS, X = 2

SF, X = 3

SS, X= 4

etc.

One possible way is expand all corners in the setup and manually add such a variable. However, in case the number of corner is large, such a solution is not convenient.

I am wondering, if virtuoso can do this job in a simplified way?

If I understand your question correctly, I thought an example might help where a conditional expression is used to set a variable based on the corner selected. Hence, I assembled a few notes and placed them at URL:

There are a number of conditional expressions that may be used, and the "CASE" statement appears it might be best if you have a lot of cases..but will let you decide! I am just not sure of all the specifics of your simulation goal. The Cadence On-line support article at URL:

provides a few examples of conditional expressions and their syntax. I hope this is helpful sjwprcker!
