Cell layout bigger than PR Boundary

I just designed the layout of a cell in Layout Suite, and I put a pr boundary object around the design.

When I try to use the cell in a new layout, the cell seems to have an extra empty space on the top of it, as if there's an invisible component hidden there.

The cell layout:

The layout when I use the cell in another layout:

All layers are visible, and when I press Ctrl+A I cannot find anything being marked there.

Also, when I press F in the cell layout, the window zooms as if there's something on the top.

I'd appreciate your suggestions.

Best regards,
Mahdi

See Reason for cell's large-sized boundary or bounding box aka bBox area or extent of layout. SKILL to delete steiners, markers, guides, remove invisible ghost layers, shapes.
