Encountering Thermal-1501 in Legato Electrothermal Simulation

Hello everyone,
I am running a Legato electrothermal simulation for a 10mmx10mm die area. First, I used both NX and NY to 200, and I can smoothly run the simulation. However, I need a small mesh size for my post-processing algorithm. So, when I try to run the simulation by specifying 10000 both for NX and NY, then, it gives me the Thermal-1501 error. Does anyone have any solution to this problem?

Thank you!

This error code normally points to a log file to look at. For example:

ERROR (THERMAL-1501): Found an error when creating thermal database. Please check 'pkg_T3d.log' or 'createThermalDB_error.log' in
    '../psf/' for details.

Did you look at those files? If that didn't help, I suggest you contact customer support (use the Case menu after logging in to submit a support case).

I already checked the "pkg_T3d.log" but it was just showing me the simulation time and date and nothing else. Also, I couldn't find

    "createThermalDB_error.log", maybe it wasn't generated.
I will contact customer support. Thank you!
