sweeping transistor number of fingers in a simulation

Hi,
I need to compare transistors from different foundries and I'd like to do that by running several DC simulations where I sweep the number of fingers (keeping the other parameters fixed).
Ideally I'd like to do something like here below

but this does not work, it does not throw any error , but the results are wrong.
Any suggestion on how to do that ?

thanks
Tommaso
