quantus parasitic extraction vs. SKY130 PDK

I'm using `sky130_release_0.1.0` downloaded from Cadence, and I'm trying to do parasitic extraction on the layout of an inverter I've cut'n'pasted from `sky130_scl_9T`.

I've succeeded in running Pegasus -> DRC, then Pegasus -> LVS (where I was careful to enable "Create Quantus Input Data" on the "output" screen).

Next, I'm trying to run Quantus -> Pegasus, and I'm having trouble specifying the "quantus technology file". When I try to add ` /opt/cadence/pdks/SKY130/sky130_release_0.1.0/quantus/extraction/typical/qrcTechFile` to the "Quantus Tech Lib" field, it eventually complains that it's "not a valid technology file":

When I try running Quantus without specifying the technology file, I eventually get an error that quantus "could not find a valid Quantus tech file (e.g., qrcTechfile, cap_coeff.dat)" (also visible via the above link).

Has anyone successfully done a Quantus parasitic extraction using the Cadence version of the SKY130 pdk ?

Thanks,

--Gabriel
