ERROR (NVN-13010): Cell rupolym is not defined while running Pegasus LVS

Greetings Team,

Thanks for always being there for help. I am facing ERROR (NVN-13010): Cell rupolym is not defined while running Pegasus LVS for OA database.

I have shared si.log for your reference.

Please suggest to me what option needs to be checked or selected in the Pegasus LVS option tab.

    First of all, please read the forum guidelines (these ask you not to post the same question in more than one forum).

    Please look at this article: ERROR (NVN-13010): Cell XXX is not defined which explains why this is failing (I'm assuming rupolym is a primitive devices in the technology you're using).

    trust me, It means a lot when you take time from your busy schedule to reply to such answers no one can imagine :)

    Could you please share your solution on this post (a screenshot will help) for better understanding ?

    Any solution will help, whether that be adding options in Cadence Pegasus LVS options or adding a PVL file.

    Yogesh,

    I already posted a link to an article which describes in detail various scenarios for this error, how it is often set up for common PDKs and screenshots of the UI if needed.

    Having a link makes more sense as then if the requirements change in different versions, that article will get updated. So I won’t post the (lengthy) contents of the article here too.
