Copy schematic/symbol views hierarchically

I try to use this feature to copy schematic/symbol views of cells across multiple libraries into one single library. The single library is a new library, created with tech lib attached. 

I also created the top cell in the new library.  Then I went to the previous library where the top cell is and selected its schematic view to copy.

After following the steps from the copy help, I ran into the "Copy Problems" dialog.

There are conflicts errors. I selected "Copy Anyway" for all such cells. 

Then I click "OK". After that nothing happens. 

By the way, I tried to insert pictures here, but always got error: "An error occurred. Please try again or contact your administrator".

    Please contact customer support (submit a case via the case menu after logging in). It's going to be very hard to diagnose this without seeing it.
