Hi,

I am very new so please go easy on me. How do i name multiple wires with same name?(Like Vss, CLK) I tried to use "Attach to multiple wires" but it didnt work. I am trying to build strong-arm based latch

Thank you

Also, does Cadence forum usually not allow images to be uploaded?

The "Attach to multiple wires" requires you to have have multiple names to attach. For example, if the input was "a b c d e" then without "Attach to multiple wires" you could click 5 times on different wires and the first would get a, second b etc. If you check "Attach to multiple wires" then after the first click you can move your cursor and a line is drawn, and any wire where the line intersects it will name that net.

Or you could enter "<*5>Vss" in the Names field, clicl on "Expand bus names" and then each click would from a Vss (you have 5 Vss nets with this syntax), or you could use the Attach to multiple wires to drawn the line through five wires and get 5 Vss labels.

Normally it does, but there's an intermittent problem which means that the image loading breaks sometimes (it seems to be for a period of time for specific users). We hope it will get fix when we upgrade to a newer version of the forum software from the vendor that supplies the forum system.
