core utilization and standard cell utilization

what is the difference between core utilization and standard cell utilization.Some body please explain with some simple example.

    Thanks Bob.
    I was able to download the pdf.From  the example in pdf , i got the idea that
    core utilization : we consider both the hard macros and  standard cells.
    cell utilization : we consider only the standard cells, the hard macros will be neglected.
     
    am i correct?
