How to update input delay with clock latency during APR in SOC encounter

I am trying to design a bank of 64 multipliers that receive operands from a pipeline register. I have set the input delays at 200pS. Encounter reports a clock latency of 600pS. However since it does not know that the operands to the multipliers will eventually come from a FF. Hence it is reporting hold violations and trying ti fix these.

One way to get around it is to use an input delay of 800pS.....Is there any other way to tell encounter to update the delays by adding the clock latency...

Thanks.
