in my design. after nanorouting, i find here fewer short violations, i use following command to fix:

1)editDeleteViolations

2)globalDetailRoute

but still 5~7 short violations can not be fixed. i view in the layout,i find there seems to be spaces to route, why not use the resource?   can anyone tell me other way to do?

It's hard to say without seeing the design. Did you try to fix one or two of the shorts by hand? It may not be as easy as it first looks. You could try a nanoRoute run where you route only selected nets, and select the shorting nets, or try routing those nets first if you are doing another route pass from scratch... just throwing out some ideas.
