eco route

I am working on a fully routed DB, when i used ecoaddrepeater to add buffers on some nets and then globaldetailroute, the routing of other nets r changing and i am getting lot of verifygeomentry violations.

can any one tell me a method to route ecoaddrepeater nets with out disturbing other net routing

First make sure you remove filler cells before you run ecoAddRepeater. Then after running ecoAddRepeater, you need to add the fillers back in and run ecoRoute.
