CTS for "scan en" and "reset" tree

Hello,

Could be CTS used to build tree not for clock, but for other signals with huge fanout, like scan enable or reset?

Is there a way to build tree for ONLY defined pins, without excluding all other pins which could be reached by CTS and interpreted as leaf points?

Thank you,
-Boris
