 hi

 1.Can anybody please tell me the commands for cross talk?how to see the cross talk reports in soc encounter?

 2.how to read SDC at the later time i.e.,if i do some changes in.sdc file how to read that file?

     Check the text command reference for usage of timeDesign -si.

    As for SDC changes, it depends what you're doing and where you are in the flow. If you're doing MMMC, you can use update_constraint_mode. If you're just running one corner, you can do unloadTimingCon followed by loadTimingCon my.sdc.
