 hi

 1.Can anybody please tell me the commands for cross talk?how to see the cross talk reports in soc encounter?

 2.how to read SDC at the later time i.e.,if i do some changes in.sdc file how to read that file?

     Check the text command reference for usage of timeDesign -si.

    As for SDC changes, it depends what you're doing and where you are in the flow. If you're doing MMMC, you can use update_constraint_mode. If you're just running one corner, you can do unloadTimingCon followed by loadTimingCon my.sdc.

    Can you please tell me after adding fillers they are some gaps in the design..why that gap and what to do for that?

    And if i have 2 clocks clk and clkz (inversion of clk)..we have to define the clkz in .ctstch r not if so how to give?

     If there are gaps where fillers could not be added, there will be some reason, like M1 routing, preventing a filler placement. You'll have to look at these gaps to see what the problem is. See if you can manually place a filler cell there.
