 hi

 1.Can anybody please tell me the commands for cross talk?how to see the cross talk reports in soc encounter?

 2.how to read SDC at the later time i.e.,if i do some changes in.sdc file how to read that file?

     If there are gaps where fillers could not be added, there will be some reason, like M1 routing, preventing a filler placement. You'll have to look at these gaps to see what the problem is. See if you can manually place a filler cell there.
