ccopt ignore sink - common ui

Hello,

I am looking for a way to remove several sink points from the list of CCOPT leafs, to make sure it will not build the clock tree to these pins.

    You might wanna look at "ignore pin" too. By excluding the pins, the tool will not consider the leaf pins for skew balancing and clock drc fixing.

    Whereas, by using "ignore pin" on them, they would be considered for drc fixing, but not for skew balancing.
