The commands I have used are as follows:

%addNet -power AVSS

%dbGet top.nets.name AVSS

AVSS

%assignPGbumps -nets AVSS -selected

WARN(IMPSYC-1265): FTerm was not found for net "AVSS" ,AVSS has been created.

I dont understand the meaning of FTerm and (IMPSYC-1265)?

I would be very grateful if someone who  could advise me.

    Hello Goddard,

The message "WARN(IMPSYC-1265): FTerm was not found for net VSS" is an Innovus warning message that is triggered when the net VSS does not have a floorplan terminal (FTerm) associated with it. This is usually caused by a net not having any pins connected to it. To fix the problem, you need to identify the net VSS and make sure that it has at least one pin connected to it. After that, the FTerm should be automatically assigned and the warning message should no longer appear.

    Hope this will be helpful.

    Thanks for your prompt reply

But I didn't show the command in its entirety may have caused misunderstanding,I update the commands as follows:

    %addNet -power AVSS

    %dbGet top.nets.name AVSS

    AVSS

    %attachTerm PLL AVSS AVSS

I can see through Design Browser that the PLL/AVSS pin is connected to the net "AVSS"

    %assignPGbumps -nets AVSS -selected

There will still be the above warning, could you please give further guidance according to this situation?

    Hi,

what fTerm means is explained with examples here: Differences between and usage of term, fterm, inst, cell, hinst. .

Now, this warning seems to have informative character to me.
The way I understand it is that your top block did not have a fTerm for this net, so the tool created it.

You can try to create a port explicitly to see if the warning still pops up:
    addNet -power AVSS
    addModulePort ""  AVSS input

    BR
