Hy!

Have you any idea, where is this "part manager" option from my OrCad 16.3?

You are running OrCAD Capture, you need to run OrCAD Capture CIS to get the Part Manager functionality.

Do you have a Capture CIS license? Otherwise you will only be able to run Capture. If you do have a Capture CIS license, start Capture and try File>Change Product and see if you can select a Capture CIS product.

If you have a Capture CIS license and the Change Product does not work, close Capture and run regedit.exe, locate the following key and delete it and all it's sub-keys: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\OrCAD\CaptureWorkspace and restart Capture with the CIS license.

    1) Start Capture and try File>Change Product and see if you can select a Capture CIS product.

    2) Close Capture and run regedit.exe, locate the following key and delete it and all it's sub-keys: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\OrCAD\CaptureWorkspace and restart Capture with the CIS license

After performing both the above steps suggested by you, still I am not able to open the part manager...

    What should I do??
