I can't find "Part Manager" option in OrCad 16.3

Hy!

 Have you any idea, where is this "part manager" option from my OrCad 16.3?

    Do you have a Capture CIS license? Otherwise you will only be able to run Capture. If you do have a Capture CIS license, start Capture and try File>Change Product and see if you can select a Capture CIS product.

    If you have a Capture CIS license and the Change Product does not work, close Capture and run regedit.exe, locate the following key and delete it and all it's sub-keys: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\OrCAD\CaptureWorkspace and restart Capture with the CIS license.
