Reg: generating a .vsif file before running a regression in vManager 15.10

Hello,

We are trying to understand the vManager tool and here are the some doubts we are stuck with:

1. How do we create a .vsif file to run a regression in the vManager tool?

2. How to link the spec, verification plan, and the test case. What we have figured out is how to generate a vplan with respect to the specification document. But, How do we link already generated vplan with the .vsif file and run a regression in vManager?

Thank you in advance.

Regards,

Shobith E.

    Hello Stephen,

    Thanks for the tip.

The issue I am facing now is:

In the.vsif file, inside the test block, when I mention seed/sv_seed and give them one_value/multiple_values, the irun command (in run_script) is ignoring them and generating a random seed. How can I force multiple seeds to be taken for the same test multiple time. At present, I am creating multiple test blocks, each with different seed value (given with the irun commands -seed option) to run the regression.

PS: The value of count inside the test block is equal to the number of different seeds.

    Regards,
