I am checking the code coverage for one of my Module's testbench, but the expression coverage is appearing as "n/a" , why is that so ? there are if-else & assignments in the RTL... how do I enable it ?

It would help if you told us what coverage scoring options you used at elaboration time.

If you used "irun -coverage ALL", or instead of "ALL" you had a string like "B:E" (E means expression) then you should expect to see coverage. That assumes you haven't passed the "-covdut" option to control which module is treated as the top level for coverage.

However if you used "irun -covfile my_coverage_file.ccf" then it really depends on what control commands are inside the my_coverage_file.ccf.
