Is it possible to create two vcd files during the same simulation

I have to create two vcd files. One which starts at zero time and ends when a specific signal changes, and one which start right after.

Is it possible to do it with xceliun by tcl commands?

Yes, that can be achieved using the "database" and "probe" commands, combined with a breakpoint on the signal that you want to wait for. There are many possible ways to do it, here's an example.

    database -open timezero -vcd
probe -create -name timezeroprobe -database timezero [scope -tops] -all -depth all
    database -open secondpart -vcd
probe -create -name secondpartprobe -database secondpart [scope -tops] -all -depth all
    probe -disable secondpartprobe
    stop -create -condition {[value %d top.count] = 100} -command {probe -disable timezeroprobe; probe -enable secondpartprobe} -continue -delbreak 1

You should take care to check that the above commands and arguments are suitably adapted for your own setup, please refer to the Simulator Tcl Command Reference.

Can you explain which command in your code close the first vcd?
