I have the same question, did you find an answer for that?

I'm no analog simulation expert but maybe searching in support.cadence.com will find you the answers... For example: https://support.cadence.com/apex/ArticleAttachmentPortal?id=a1O3w00000ADx8jEAD&pageName=ArticleContent for a worked example, or https://support.cadence.com/apex/ArticleAttachmentPortal?id=a1O0V000009ESBUUA4&pageName=ArticleContent for a presentation on best practices.

I also asked Learning and Support but have not heard back from them.

If you login to support.cadence.com and file a support request there, you will be guaranteed an answer. Asking on a public forum won't necessarily reach the relevant experts.

Hi, I managed to run the simulation, but then it was crashing with no clear error message. Then  I had several meetings with them, they said there was a bug in the tool, and opened a case for their team.

I believe it's still not solved yet. If you reach any solution please let me know.

Take a look at this link it might be useful for you.

I am exactly in the same position, the simulation runs and crashed with an error in my instantiation but as per the guide I have nothing wrong in my instantiation.

The Learning and Support does not respond to such issues.

I am using axum flow, to drive the VAMS from an digital environment, that link is avum flow.

Thank you and please keep me posted if you find a solution too.

Praseetha, you keep referring to "Cadence Support" by linking a forum profile. This is not the best way to get support; you should file a support ticket as I previously described. This is because only a subset of the support team are looking at the forum, and it's not a good place to share detailed discussion of your source code. By opening a proper support ticket you will get an assigned engineer, can share details confidentially and will get a guaranteed QoS per your company's contract with Cadence.

I already did that, and did not get a response. I will not mention them here , thank you.

OK, I think I found you in the support database. To set the record straight, my colleagues on the hotline team did respond to all of your support requests and did not close the tickets until you had confirmed that you were happy for them to be closed. I did see that you'd tried to make other support requests by filing feedback on certain application notes and RAKs. This is not the correct way to get support, the feedback form is intended for highlighting minor problems with the documents and isn't tracked int he way that a support ticket is, so that may be why you felt you were not getting responses. Please use the correct support channel, to ensure you get proper responses in future.
