I'm no analog simulation expert but maybe searching in support.cadence.com will find you the answers... For example: https://support.cadence.com/apex/ArticleAttachmentPortal?id=a1O3w00000ADx8jEAD&pageName=ArticleContent for a worked example, or https://support.cadence.com/apex/ArticleAttachmentPortal?id=a1O0V000009ESBUUA4&pageName=ArticleContent for a presentation on best practices.

If you login to support.cadence.com and file a support request there, you will be guaranteed an answer. Asking on a public forum won't necessarily reach the relevant experts.
