make xcellium process command display only uvm processes?

I'd like to debug my UVM processes only (one of them is stuck somewhere). When I use the TCL *process* command I get 1000's of RTL processes.

What is the best way to filter this list to get only SV/UVM processes?

Thanks,

Avidan

Are you using Indago (or SimVision)? There may be easier ways to figure out what's stuck where, using the GUI rather than Tcl.

For example, Indago has a "debug" tab which contains an "Active Threads" viewer, where you can see / filter the list of all running threads. Clicking a thread there will open the corresponding source at the line the thread is stopped at.

No, thread debugging is a new feature of Indago.

As Doug says, SimVision doesn't have the thread debugger. I do believe you have access to Indago though, and given how you're a fan of Python, Indago's native Python API should be a good reason to consider upgrading away from SimVision :-)
