RTL Compiler: Remove Empty Modules

Hi.

During optimization, a lot of empty modules seem to be created. As part of the Encounter input process, we can ignore these, but we would like to remove them prior to encounter.

Any suggestions fort the best/easiest or recommended method for doing this?

Thanks,

Steven
