Conformal Crashes for large designs

Hi

When I run conformal on a relatively large design with about some 1500 mapping points it sometimes crashes with the core dumped. What should be done in such circumstances.

    Thanks for your valuable inputs. My case is different from the one you mentioned. I am using the product version 6.1 only. The tool crashes when comparing and due to a single mismatching key point. I dont have access to the latest version. What can be done??
