Using (TI) Pspice model in Virtuoso

 Hi all,

I'm doing some simulations of a filter cicuit that uses comercial AI (ina326 from TI). I've downloaded the Pspice model available at TI and i've copied the INA326.lib content between ".SUBCKT" and ".END" to the Hspice.hsp file of the cell_view that i've created. Untill here everything's normal.

But when i do the simulation, it doesn't work due to

"Missing or corrupt .oa file in cellview 'xxx/ina326/spectre cmos_sch schematic Hspice'. The OSS netlister can only

process cellviews that have a valid .oa file. "

Does anyone know how o help me fix this??

Regards

     Thank you Andrew,

Well, it's a shame Pspice models do not work in Cadence yet. I'll try what you've suggested.

Once Again, Thanks for the quick response.
