cadence gpdk045 callback issue

Hi, 

I faced some issue when I try to change the width and length of the transistors, e.g. nmos1v or pmos1v, in the gpdk045.

It gave me error messages "undefined function - gpdk045_mosDisplay( 'dtemp )" and "undefined function - gpdk_mosEditable" ,etc.

Could anyone kindly advise?

  • This suggests that something is missing from your gpdk045 library installation. In the gpdk045 library itself, I see these files:

    UNIX> cd gpdk045
    UNIX> ls *.il* *.cxt
    gpdk045.cxt           gpdk045_PDKRegistrations.il  libInitCktPro.il      pdkUtils.cxt
    gpdk04564bit.cxt      gpdk045_customFilter.il      libInitCustomExit.il  pdkUtils64bit.cxt
    gpdk045_ModelMgmt.il  libInit.il                   loadCxt.ile

    The libInit.il for the library should load the loadCxt.ile which will load the context files (the .cxt) - either the 64-bit or 32-bit version depending upon the executable. The functions mentioned above should be in the cxt files.
