Issues with .cdsinit loading

Hello,

I am running Cadence Virtuoso / Design Framework IC6.1.7-64b.78 on Linux, B Shell.

I get the following error upon start in the CIW window/command line:

Loading ./.cdsinit init file from the site init file.

*Error* load : can't access file - "./.cdsinit_61"

Now the .cdsinit where I run Cadence from does not load.

But when I type load ("/path/to/filename") of my .cdsinit in the CIW window/command line it loads properly.

What is wrong here and how do I fix this ?

Thank you.

I'm guessing the file is either not in the working directory, you have the filename wrong, or the permissions are such that it can't be opened.

    Regards,

    Andrew.
