    Several things:

    1. Please read the forum guidelines. You've given very little information to go on here - no information about the tool versions being used
    2. Adding the information via a Word document is not a good idea - for a start, it's not very searchable and others won't be able to learn from it (I'm also cautious about opening random Word documents from the internet...)
    3. The word document seems to have some icons in with errors - but you can't see the actual errors!
    4. You didn't show what the code was
    5. The file name had "ticket" in it. This is not the support site - this is a community forum - so posting here is not creating a ticket. You should contact customer support if you want a formal ticket/case which is tracked and has a proper service response (in the forums you are just asking others in the community, some of whom happen to work for Cadence, but we do this in our spare time)

Most likely though, if it's complaining about the STD library being missing, you just need this in your cds.lib:

    INCLUDE $(inst_root_with:tools/bin/xrun)/tools/inca/files/cds.lib

If you are using the (rather old and no longer supported) INCISIVE releases rather than XCELIUM, then you would need:

    INCLUDE $(inst_root_with:tools/bin/irun)/tools/inca/files/cds.lib

    Regards,

    Andrew

    Hi Andrew,

Thank you for your kind response. Next time I will keep your mentioned point in mind while posting any queries in the forum.

Now I am able to create the view and symbol. using INCLUDE $(inst_root_with:tools/bin/xrun)/tools/inca/files/cds.lib
