requesting to help adding model library in spice netlist

Hii all

i am using ELDO simulator to simulate spice netlist for id_vd polt of MOSFET. I am showing spice netlist below-

.lib key=mos5v0 mos_bsim3_5V0.lib mos5v0_TT

M1 D G 0 0 MEDEL=EN5V0_BS3JU  W=7e-6 L=1e-6

********************************************************

Vg G 0 x
.param x=1
.step param x 1 5 0.5
Vd D 0 1

Error: M1  EN5V0_BS3JU model not yet to define.

i am not understand why eldo showing above defined error after adding library, while I am already mentioned  model for M1 in the library .

please chek is the way of defining library is correct and please help me if any another way of defining the library.

    I'm assuming you've not realised that Eldo isn't a Cadence product, but from Siemens EDA (Mentor). Asking about it on a Cadence forum isn't likely to be the most effective way of getting an answer - I suggest you contact Siemens EDA support or ask on one of their forums.
