Capture Canvas Image (Allegro 17.4HF007) broken?

I'm trying to see one you all out there can try to reproduce this issue I am seeing in Allegro. 17.4 HotFix 007,

Open a design, select "capture canvas image" and it should prompt you to save a bitmap image. My bitmap is junk. All white.

Anyone else? Cadence says it is working fine.

I had the same problem when I first loaded 17.4 on my Win8.1 laptop ( which isn't supported... )

After I loaded 17.4 on my Win10 laptop the issue went away

On this, there is another way that I actually prefer to do screen captures that may help.

Try use the print screen key on your keyboard to capture the image on a "Windows Machine", open your graphics application and click paste, the allegro pcb will be faithfully reproduced.

At that point you could save it out in any of the supported formats your graphics app supports.

The standard windows paint program works good for this too as you can do things like crop or add notes to the picture.

It is working fine..I didn't get such an issue...Check by installing s008....FYI software running on win7

Yea! That fixed it! Support can not figure out what's wrong.

Update: Support has mentioned now that there is a known bug in HF007 that causes blank output when running openGL. HF008 corrects this.
