In Win11 24H2 OS, Allegro X Capture23.1 HF006 has issues with zooming in and out

everybody,

Recently, I found that there is an issue with the zoom display of Allegro X Capture23.1 (HF005,HF006) in the Win11 24H2 operating system.

When I use the I key to zoom in, it does not zoom in at the current mouse cursor position. In addition, the mouse cursor may appear outside the drawing area.

This issue also occurs when I use the right mouse button to select or press Ctrl+mouse scroll to zoom in.

My operating system version is: Windows 11 x64 24H2 26100.1301

Have you encountered this kind of problem?

Some good news to share with everyone.

Recently, I updated my OS Windows 11(24H2)to the latest beta version, and it seems that the zoom display issue no longer occurs. The OS version I have updated to is 24H2 (26120.3073).

After several experiments, this problem was finally solved through the latest update of the operating system.

Everyone, at present, the official version update of Windows 11 24H2 has solved this problem. You can solve it by updating to the latest version of 26100.3476.

Can you open your Windows update settings and check for the latest updates?

Open the option to obtain immediately after the latest update is available.

If the update shows that it is currently the latest, it would be strange. After updating to 26100.3476, I didn't find this issue againThinking

This kind of verification may require more people to participate in testing and provide feedback, and it may only be an isolated case on my end

My system was upgrated to Win11, 26100.3476 two days ago, before it was Win10 with no such problems. There are no further updates available for my system.

When I switch off the "Grid References" as mentioned here before, the zoom works fine again. But this has to be done for every single page in a project. And every page hast to be saved with switched-off Grid References!
