DB Doctor download?

Any one know where to download or access DB Doctor?

Need to convert a .brd file from 16.6 version to 17 version....

Assuming you are using a windows installation, can you please try by going to the windows "run" app and enter "dbdoctor_ui".

Hopefully this works. Please let me know what Allegro installation you have, as per the information on Help Menu > About.

I couldnt find when I ran it and I have to upload my design can you help please??

(SPMHDB-181): The current version of software is unable to open design ee101zener.

The design was last saved using version 16.5 and must be updated using DB Doctor. [help]

Hi murphy wakasi, I will need to know your current installation version in order to send you the correct db doctor version - and your email address. It is not possible this to the forums page.

As I know,version 23.1 will throw this error and show it in the "view log" window of PCB DB doctor 2023

i have the same error, but i don't have the pcb doctor in the cadence pcb utilities file

I'm using Allegro 23.1

Hi YannCDK, do you have a link to the installation pack you have used? I would appreciate if you could copy the link here. The Allegro Editor installation always comes with dbdoctor. If something has gone wrong with this then we would like to understand why and rectify. Please confirm if it is the full pcb editor you have installed or just the free viewer.

In the Allegro Editor, you should be able to run dbdoctor using the menu shown below. This should be possible to run even using a new unnamed design. Can you please check if you can run this from the editor?
