DB Doctor download?

Any one know where to download or access DB Doctor?

Need to convert a .brd file from 16.6 version to 17 version....

    If anyone still facing this issue, I found a solution.

    Note: This is for people who have this issue but don't have a cadence software suite or license. The ideal solution would be using the DB Doctor software but that requires a cadence license.

    You can download the 16.6 version of Allegro Free Physical Viewer from this link. I can open the .brd files generated from 16.6 allegro without any issues.
