SYNTAX ERROR - Assura LVS

Hello Friends from Cadence,

I have a schematic and layout and I want to check with LVS.

Sometimes, the LVS Tool works and other times not. In the last case, I am obtaining  the following strange problem:

SYNTAX ERROR found at line 1 column 19 of file *string*
*Error* lineread/read: syntax error encountered in input
******* Non-recoverable error (no top-level or error handler)
******* Exiting program ...
*WARNING* (reader): string at line 1 was not terminated on EOF, '"' added
                    at line 1 of string "1 0 (2129 "nmei"")"

*****  nvn fork terminated abnormally  *****

How could I fix this problem?

Thanks,

Rafael
